Dear Supporters,
Period poverty remains a major challenge for millions of girls around the world. It affects education, health, self-esteem, and social participation.
In underserved communities across Nigeria, many girls cannot afford sanitary products. Some rely on unsafe alternatives, while others miss school during menstruation. These barriers contribute to educational inequality and long-term economic disadvantages.
Our project addresses period poverty through sustainable solutions. By teaching girls how to make reusable sanitary pads and providing menstrual health education, we are equipping them with tools for long-term success.
The impact reaches beyond individual beneficiaries. Families experience reduced financial burdens, schools see improved attendance, and communities gain greater awareness of menstrual health issues.
Your support helps us continue expanding this important work. Together, we can reduce period poverty and create opportunities for girls to thrive.
Thank you for being part of this movement for dignity, education, and empowerment.
Best wishes,
Empower Future Initiative Team
