Dear Supporters,
Menstrual dignity is a fundamental part of a girl's health, education, and well-being. Yet for many underserved girls in Nigeria, managing menstruation remains a monthly struggle due to poverty and limited access to sanitary products. This challenge often affects their confidence, school attendance, and ability to participate fully in daily life.
Our project seeks to restore dignity by equipping 3,500 girls with reusable sanitary pad-making skills and essential menstrual health education. By providing practical knowledge and sustainable solutions, we are helping girls gain control over their menstrual health while reducing dependence on costly disposable products.
Menstrual dignity is about more than hygiene. It is about ensuring that girls can learn, play, and pursue opportunities without fear or embarrassment. It is about creating environments where girls feel supported rather than stigmatized.
Your support enables us to purchase training materials, organize workshops, and distribute reusable sanitary pad kits. Every contribution helps break barriers that prevent girls from reaching their full potential.
Thank you for helping us ensure that every girl experiences dignity, confidence, and opportunity throughout her menstrual journey.
Best wishes,
Empower Future Initiative Team
