Dear Donors,
Menstrual stigma remains a significant challenge in many communities. Girls often feel ashamed to discuss their periods, leading to silence, misinformation, and isolation.
Through our project, we are creating safe spaces where girls can openly discuss menstrual health, ask questions, and gain accurate information. These conversations help build confidence and reduce fear.
Our workshops focus not only on reusable sanitary pad production but also on empowering girls to understand and embrace their bodies with confidence. We believe that menstruation should never be a source of shame.
By addressing stigma, we create environments where girls feel supported by their peers, teachers, and families. This contributes to improved mental well-being and stronger community engagement.
Your support enables us to facilitate educational workshops, provide learning materials, and train girls as peer educators.
Together, we can replace silence with knowledge and stigma with empowerment.
Best wishes,
Empower Future Initiative Team
