This Project will set up a Tailoring Center for Refugees in Goma the Democratic Republic of Congo, offer refugees shewing machines and put in place shop where they will sell their products. We do estimate that this project will benefit to 250 refugees each year.
Refugee women in DRCongo were abandoned, they lost protection and this made them most vulnerable people in the communities, many cannot even manage to respond to their basic needs, and do resort to all forms of sexual exploitation and face all forms of sexual abuses. Even young girls are at permanent risks and in such their children are also a victims because they do not access education.
We just want to train them, and then offer them shewing machines which will help them to earn some money, We want to operate for a Shop where they can sell their products and where all visitors and humanitarian aid workers can find them,
They will be economically stable and will end poverty among refugees especially women and young girls in DRCongo
