Map of REVIVING TEA INDUSTRY Being dependents on the known traditioned cash crops like coffee, cotton.Yet it their prices fall greatly impacts on the incomes of the farmers.Tea is one other traditional cash crop whose production had completely collapsed in masaka.Therefore programme for modernization of agriculture(PAM) in training farmers in tea production skills and technologies, rehabilitating tea shambas which are busy on top of providing interest free loans to tea growers all aimed at curbing income generating gap among our farmers. Map of DAIRY FARMING Dairy farming is a pilot economic and giver to these nation Western province which has good climate condusive for keeping cattle Within the scarnty of this commodity people need to take up and own these method of farming seriously just like mchanuko women group they came up and formed a group of ten women and agreed to buy one dairy cattle to each of the members by way of contributing .They have done that for at list two years all the members have a dairy cattle again they milk and sell the product wholesale these yeilds so much profit. Improving Farming

Map of Improving farming Larry Odongo is my name. I am a farmer by profession and a father of three. I carry out cattle rearing and also crop cultivation. Prior to the workshop carried out a year ago by a certain NGO named WSF on educating the farmer that lasted for a period of two weeks, my output has really gone up. I and other farmers acquired many skills of which after applying to my farming has seen the results turning out to be great. The cattle on my ranch have multiplied due to good maintenance and good skills of management. On the other hand, output on the farms has gone up and actually I give all the credit to W.S.F for everything. Read more.

Juggery Production

Map of Juggery production Juggery production which has taken form in Rongo area has seen the residents benefit from their sugarcane farming. Since the local factory disappointed the farmers by not harvesting their cane at the right time the resident farmers looked for alternative. By new they can sell their juggery to other buyers and also report to external countries.This has improved the farmers confidence in cane production and too has improved their income. Read more.

Improving The Knowlage Of A Farmer

She sayed that farm buildings are an integral part of the farm. also she said that farm stores help to protect the farmer and also livestock from theft and also there should be increase the efficiency of both production and management in the farm.
