Hiring more teachers

Our Phoenix project in Nicaragua continues to grow at a fast pace, and we have been able to take on more local teachers at approximately $200 a month, thanks to donations. Whilst providing the children with local teachers it helps them more than ever to gain the education vital for their futures and that they too can go on to achieve employment. Local teachers create sustainability for the school.

It also helps the local economy by providing work in a country which has an extremely high unemployment levels, due in the main, to lack of education. We intend to break this cycle thanks to donations.
