Recently, CEO and founder of Women for Women International visited Kosovo to see how the women there are pushing forward and building successful lives. Below is a picture of a woman actively expanding her land's productive capacity.
As of May 2009, 3,995 Kosovar women are enrolled in programs sponsored by Women for Women International. Our most recent figures show that:
-82% report an increase in self-confidence -89% report expanded awareness of their rights -92% report having increased their vocational skills
With your help, these women can continue to improve the quality of their lives and can continue to play an instrumental role in the development of their socio-political surroundings.
