WORKSHOP ON STORY DIGITAL TELLING
WOMEN WIN in Partnership with AKWOS organized a 5-days workshop on the story digital telling which helped AKWOS members to testify their experience concerning Gender-Based Violence in a very short time. The workshop sessions were held in Akwos offices at Amahoro Nation Stadium. The participants have benefited from the skills of 2 Women Win agents and they really appreciate the subject. They were trained on recording their stories so that in case they need to listen to their testimony or send it to other people they can show them how they overcame the bad experience using Sports as a tool. During the training they could do exercises recording some of their regular experience with young girls. The training was done by using Audacity application as a tool. among trainees there were AKWOS coaches from different district across our country. So as to conclude the workshop, AKWOS Executive Director thanked a lot WOMEN WIN for their good partnership and called AKWOS members who were trained to use the gained knowledge into practice in order to go on being the voice of young girls and women in fighting GBV.
