Foster parents and adopters need assistance in many cases, even when they are on their way to the child.
So it happened with Ksenia. She had all the legal rights to take 2-months old Ulyana under the care. But social services refused to do so arguing that girl should be adopted, and she must stay in the orphanage.
Ksenia asked for assistance of lawyers of Change One Life Foundation and they helped her to solve this situation with social services. So Ulyana became part of Ksenia's family. It's so important for her to spend the most precious first year of her life in a family, not in the orphanage.

From June till the September 2021 our Foundation provided for adopters and foster parents 128 consultations of psychologists, 133 consultations of lawyers, 641 consultations of specialists regarding family placement through social media. They helped hundreds of parents to overcome all the difficulties.
