Project Report Latest update : March 28th 2008 Project Title : Learning Centre for Cogreg Village Children
Summary Thank you very much indeed for your donations via GlobalGiving. By using your donations, we would like to let you know that we’ve implemented our activities as follow: Learning for Al Quran and Bible These activities are still running well with number of beneficiaries 10 children who followed Learning for Al Quran (for Moslem’s children) and 10 children who followed Learning for the Bible (for Christian’s children). We also paid to extend the house rental for these activities for the next 3 months (February – May 2008). Providing School Equipments We’ve provided school equipments for 10 students of Elementary School and 10 students of Junior High School. The school equipments that we provided such as: daily school uniform, Boy Scout’s uniform, Sport uniform, stationeries and school bags. Village Library We opened a simple village library. In our simple library we have small reading room, two big book racks and some books, literatures, magazines and general knowledge books. This library was opened start from 10 am till 3 pm everyday except Sunday. This library is for all children who live in Cogreg village.
Budget Details Learning for Al Quran and Bible Pay for extended house rental for theses activities: 3 months x Rp 3.000.000 = Rp 9.000.000
Providing School Equipments 1. Uniforms: Rp 1.550.000 2. Stationeries: Rp 670.000 3. School Bags: Rp 660.000 Total: Rp 2.820.000
Village Library 1. Pay for room rental for library: 10 months x Rp 750.000 = Rp 7.500.000 2. Books: Rp 2.475.000 3. Book’s Racks: Rp 500.000 Total: Rp 10.475.000
Grand total for all activities above are: Rp 22.295.000 Donation from GlobalGiving: Rp 20.751.640 Community Contribution: Rp 1.543.360
