Project Evaluation Report Latest update: March 16, 2009 Project Title: Learning Centre for Cogreg Village Children Reported by: Calincing Love Rainbow Foundation – Indonesia

*Summary We, the children in Cogreg village, Bogor, West Java – Indonesia and all team of Calincing Love Rainbow Foundation would like to say thank you very much for your kind support and donations USD$678.99 which we received on Feb 2nd, 2009.

Your donations are very important for us to continue our free educational program in Cogreg village. Below is the detail of program that we have been implemented in February 2009.

*Extracuricular lesson for children This program is for giving more knowledge through additional lessons for students who will do the final examination in last semester so they can more ready to do the final examination and hope they can pass the exam and then continue to the next level. This extracurricular lesson was followed by 20 students in Elementary School and 40 students in Junior High School. They were implementing the program in their classroom after the school time over. The trainer who hired is from professional course. This program is base on their needed as the preparation for their final examination in May 2009. Twenty children of the Elementary School level 6 will do the examination for continuing to the Junior High School and forty children of the Junior High School level 3 will do the exam for continuing in the next level, High School.

This program implemented start from 2 PM – 4 PM for the Elementary and 2 PM – 8 PM for Junior High School student. In this program they got additional lessons such as, mathematic, natural science, social science and English.

*The quiz show for children The quiz show is followed by 20 children age 6 – 12 years old. The quiz is competition for reading and understands the Bible (for Christian) and the Al Quran (for Moslem’s children).

In this quiz, they contested to read the Bible and Al Quran quickly and they also making a short story about their own daily live.

*Working Together Cleaning up the ditch In this activity, 10 children were working together cleaning up environment around their house, small ditches, garbage can and cleaning the street after flood in their village a few months ago.

Children look happy with this activity because they can play and work in the same time with friends, after work they can breakfast together. They have cleaned their houses, small ditches and street at their own village.

*Budget Details Transport and accommodation for children during implemented activities: $240 •Extracurricular lesson: 60 children x $3 = $180 •The quiz show: 20 x $2 = $40 •Cleaning up village: 10 x $2 = $20

Equipment and training material: $360 •Extracurricular lesson (books, literature, stationeries): 60 children x $5 = $300 •The quiz show (forms, cups): $20 •Cleaning up village (wastebasket, shovel): $40

Local trainers: $70 •Extracurricular lesson: 3 trainers x $10 = $30 •The quiz show: 2 x $10 = $20 •Cleaning up village: 2 x $10 = $20

Coordinating and management: $20

Total expenses: $690 Received from donors: $678.99 Balance: $11.01 community contribution

Progress Report for Learning Center for Cogreg Children (ID 1703)

Currently, children who learn in the Learning Center are 45 children. We have new 5 members. They are more fluent and proficient using the computer, read the book of the Gospel and the holy Al Quran.

In last December 2008 they take the exam at school, and most get a better value. There are 3 children who became champion in each class.

Rita, one of the children said: "I became a champion because of the class often study and discussion with friends in the Learning Center." Rita at this time is sitting in the junior class 3.

YPKC and all the children joined in the Learning Center say many thanks to donors and Global Giving for your helps. Assistance funds provided is very important to help us continue to keep learning.
