Project Evaluation Report Practice Lessons for 7 Disable Kids Latest Update: July 24, 2008

Summary Yeremia is one of 7 disabled kids in Cogreg village. Yeremia is an autism kid 10 years old. He can read faster after follow the trainings in Cogreg with local trainers, his father and follow the extra school in Jakarta.

In this program, we provide trainings for 7 disabled kids such as: 1. Reading and writing in small group 2. Eating Practical on the table 3. Counting number 4. Additional nutrient and family health 5. Play and sport in group

Until today July 24, 2008, we have not received any donation yet from donors. What we did in several months ago is helping Yeremia and his friend to teach reading and writing in small group. After three months, they have good result. Read and write faster and in small group discussion, they all looks enthusiasm and easier understandable.

The main problem is Yeremia and friends are still cannot count faster. They still slowly to count. Also for doing lunch or dinner on the table, they still need more attention.

Please support our program to help Yeremia and 6 other disabled kids in Cogreg so they can do their activities better.

Budget Details This is the urgent budget for Yeremia and friend in the next 6 months July – Dec 2008 so they can continue to get trainings and extra school. 1. Pay the house rental: 6 months x Rp 1.000.000 = Rp 6.000.000 (USD $706) 2. Provide books, stationeries and literatures: 7 children x Rp 500.000 = Rp 3.500.000 (USD $412) 3. Provide playing tools: 7 children x Rp 500.000 = Rp 3.500.000 (USD $412) 4. Provide meals and additional nutrient: 7 children x Rp 750.000 = Rp 5.250.000 (USD $618) 5. Pay local trainers: 6 months x Rp 750.000 = Rp 3.000.000 (USD $353)

Total budget requested urgently is: Rp 21.250.000 (USD $2,501)
