This Project is aimed to address the basic health issues of children in the age group of 0-15 years. To promote and implement child-to-child health education and concept to ensure better health for the children in the targeted villages.Motivate, educate and encourage the children on their health care and provide basic medicines/nutrition in support of their health.To provide early intervention to ensure child survival as well as holistic development of every children by conducting medical camps.
The rural children do not find a solution for the problems they face in that early age. Reasons can be multiple;lack of basic education,retarded growth in the socio-psycho areas of their life,early marriages and immediate pregnancies resulting poor health for mothers and malnourished, underweight babies,early exposure to smoking and chewing of tobacco and poverty to name a few.
This project will address and deal comprehensive health needs of children in the age group of 0 to 15 years in 12 villages. In these targeted villages Health Rallies and Camps will be conducted, health education is imparted, medicines and nutrition are provided, preventive health care activities to enable children to care for themselves will be undertaken. This project will help the patients to identify their issues and who need treatment to avoid or minimize major health problems.
This project imparts continuous education, training to the children to take care of their health.Health check-up camps will help them to identify any diseases in the early stages and the treatment along with the medicines are provided for the basic health issues. This project would educate and motivate patients and their families about the risks of ill-health practices, personal hygiene, and community sanitation to ensure a better health and will maximize the healthcare service for all.
