Election were held to expand the executive committee of the Shisong Water Association. The committee filled three new positions to be held by women and has diversified the executive committee to include members from every quarter. After elections, the general assemble gave appreciation to all volunteers who maintained fire breaks and cleared land for fire tracing this past month. The newly elected leaders than established a work plan and schedule for construction starting in 2015. “Our water scheme is moving on well especially now that we have established effective plan of work with time frames" said the newly elected internal auditor for the water association. Construction will begin on the storage tank in January 2015.
