Report on Shisong project
The ever increasing water scarcity, recently provoked the inhabitants of Shisong village to harnessed their on spring water. After construction of the collection chambers progress, is being made with the digging of trenches and piping to the Tank site. All efforts are now to construct the Tank and so far the foundation has been dug, alongside materials to be used like Gravel and Stones. Construction of the Tank is to begin after being delayed by the heavy rains, and digging of trenches to continue the distribution of the water to the various public stand taps. There is still lack of Cement and pipes to complete the project. The management of the water scheme and the people of Shisong are very thankful to all their benefactors through GlobalGiving.
