Greetings to all,
Tips Global Education Resources(TGER) is pleased to inform you that the barrels arrived in Monrovia, Liberia, West Africa, in November 2022. We contacted the ST. Paul school officials in Sasstown, Grand Kru County, about the arrival of the school supplies. However, transporting the goods from Monrovia to Sasstown was a challenge due to poor road conditions at the time. Thus, the goods were secured in storage until the road conditions improved, and transportation arrangements were later made for pickup. We at TGER made this decision to keep the goods in storage until the road conditions improved. Previous experience from a shipment was almost a disaster as those barrels were transported by boat, and the goods were soaked and had to be sun-dried before distribution. However, the contents of these school supplies were notebooks, pens, pencils, notepads, erasers, rulers, book bags, and we could not take a chance to have the goods transported on the boat. On March 12, 2022, we received a notification from the school officials that the supplies arrived on March 10, 2022. The distribution was made successfully on March 16, 2022. TGER will continue to support the students but will be cautious with the transportation process. Finally, we want to take this opportunity to thank all of our supporters for their ongoing support.
Best regards,
Tips Global Educational Resources(TGER) would like to thank all of our donors and GlobalGiving for this transaction of purchasing, packaging and transporting the goods to Liberia, West Africa. The merchandise arrived at its destination as expected. Scheduled arrangements were made to deliver the school supplies to the various schools. The TGER's team successfully executed the distribution exercise for the TGER donation program on the ground, which consisted of two staff and three local volunteers. This is a brief synopsis of the detailed excises of the TGER donation program. On November 23, 2021, our partner school known as the Carvery Revival School System located in Brewerville, Montserrado County, was successfully executed by the TGER team on the ground consisting of two staff and three local volunteers. The administration staff at the above school were very impressed and helpful during the distribution process. In addition, the students seemed overly excited and expressed words of thanks for their supplies.
Also, the distribution of the institution known as the Children of Hope Home located in Logantown Montserrado County was implemented by the TGER team on the ground by the same team and the local volunteers. Accordingly, this exercise was also successfully implemented. Please view the attached photos of the students' testimony of expression. Please note distrubution took place on November 24,2021.
To whom it may concern,
Please allow me to extend my appreciation and support to the GlobalGiving organization and Donors who supported Tips Global Educational Resources(TGER) and continue to assist the entity through their endeavor.

Tips Global Educational Resources has retained and employed two liaisons to oversee the entity's operation in Monrovia Liberia, West Africa. The liaisons assist with the process by ensuring that all goods/funds are distributed equitably. The entity purchased school materials, clothing, and funds also for other students' expenditures. However, the organization is awaiting the rest of the purchased goods to arrive by the second week in August. Shipping arrangements of the goods to Liberia, West Africa, have been arranged. Please view pictures of purchased goods that are on hand at this time.
Best regards,
Mrs. Agnes Harrson
