Cyprus remains a divided island where collaboration across communities is limited. Yet, all across the island, many talented young innovators hold powerful ideas to solve social and environmental challenges. These early-stage founders, however, lack the mentorship, funding, shared space, and structure that empowers and unites them to turn those ideas into impactful ventures, thus slowing partnership and progress toward an inclusive, sustainable economy and lasting conditions for positive peace.
The STL Venture Builder brings together diverse early-stage founders from across Cyprus to learn, build, and grow side by side. Through expert mentorship, hands-on training, shared workspace, free tools, and proof-of-concept funding, beneficiaries are equipped to transform their ideas into real impact-driven ventures that serve people and planet. By fostering collaboration, mutual learning, and trust, the program turns entrepreneurship into a driver of peace and shared prosperity.
The STL Venture Builder will create a new generation of impact founders capable of solving shared local, regional, and global challenges. Over time, it will generate new jobs, attract investment, and foster Cyprus' island-wide ecosystem. Graduates will mentor new teams, multiplying impact by strengthening trust and economic interdependence while creating the foundations for positive peace on the island. Past teams have launched products, successfully raised $1M+ in funding, and hired locally.
