Dear Donors,
For Margaret's second term of her Grade 11 Year at the Chalo Trust School in Lusaka, Zambia, Margaret was first in her class! In 7 out of the 8 classes she took, she received 5 A's and two A+'s. For the 2013 school year, Margaret has been studying English, Math, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Accounts, Commerce, and IT.
Margaret continues to lead by example, as we expect all of our students to do. We are thrilled that she remains number one in her class and continues to excel. Margaret was the highest ranked student in her grade last year, too.
Margaret remains involved with her extracurricular activities as well such as the Junior Engineers Technicians and Scientists (JETS) club, a math and science club which she has been involved with for several years. Margaret is also involved in a new club at her school called Communication Forum, which focuses on debate, poetry, and article writing. Margaret loves to write poems and is passionate about poetry. Margaret also loves medicine and aspires to be a pharmacist.
Margaret received awards at her school for being the female who was involved in the most activities and the student who has the most discipline. She was also awarded the title of Miss Chalo because of her exemplary behavior and her ability to be a role model to others. Additionally, Margaret was chosen to be the Vice Head Girl of the Chalo Trust School as well.
As you can see, Margaret is doing exceptionally well in all areas of her life -- academically, extra curricularly, and socially.
Attached is Margaret’s report card showing her excellent 2013 Term 2 results.
Thank you so much for your support of Margaret. Your support provides her with a life changing education and a chance to be a successful student and citizen.
Sincerely,
The Kucetekela Foundation
