By Suresh Paliwal | Trustee, Sadhana Sangama International
Dear donor,
While on a visit to India last month I visited Sadhana Sangama Trust ashram in Shrirampuri near Bangalore, India.
Sadhana Vidyalaya school is located on the ashram premises. The land for the ashram was granted to the trust by the Government of Karnataka 25 years back in recognition for its public services. This trust has been conducting programs on Yoga, Dance and Education on the premises. The trust is celebrating its silver jubilee this year by organizing various programs in the state at various locations.
While in the school I met the teachers, students and Guruji Pattabhiram the founder president of the trust. In the attached picture Guruji Pattabhiram is seen conducting meditation session for the teachers and the resident students after school hours. Teaching students yoga, Sanskrit chanting and meditation in addition to the normal curriculum helps in overall development of children.
I wish to remind you that this noble activity of educating the rural children is made possible through the funds received from donors like you.
With best regards,
Suresh Paliwal
