Sponsor a child today, so that no one will be left behind. This project aims at sponsoring 12,000 vulnerable children to access health care and quality education by 2025. These children live mostly in underserved and rural communities in Ghana who often are subject to child abuse, and become targets for child trafficking, labour, prostitution, and streetism. To help RAHE GHANA's intervention, you can sponsor a child for $39 a month or $468 per year.
Unfortunately there are many orphaned and underprivileged children in Ghana. Some are on the street, some forced into child labour, and others dealing with an illness. These are just a few of the problems faced by Ghanaian children: only 6.2% of Ghanaian children have learning materials books at home, only 42% of Ghanaian children attend secondary school, only 18% of Ghanaian children are not in school at all, only 32% of Ghanaian children are subjected to child labour. The project goal at RAHE GHANA is to sponsor 12,000 children through education and quality health care by the year 2025. It is our sincere wish for you to join RAHE GHANA and support us to reach many children in order to realize our vision. We are very proud and appreciate the impact we have made on the journey so far. Nonetheless, we are still relentless and wants to begin a new phase in our scheme of programs with lots of interesting activities on board.
Within a space of 7 years 12,000 under privileged children will be freed from streetism and child abuse. About 1714 children will receive primary and secondary education and quality health care annually. About 25 households will be encouraged to report and refer vulnerable children to the project center monthly. 142 children from vulnerable communities will be taken out poverty which exposes them.
