AMOGELANG COLLEGE is striving to impact, train and develop over 200 special needs children and youth with skills and knowledge. As there is no post secondary institutions that cater for these special needs in south Africa. The skills training includes computer, sewing, welding, cooking, agriculture hospitality, recreation, arts and culture, beading, sport, beauty, telephone etiquette, and upholstery.
There are currently over 500 unemployed special needs children and youth, that are living on the street and some unemployed, due to the lack of post secondary institutions that caters for them, they have being neglected and discriminated, this lead them to drug addiction, crimes, beggars and gangs. this project will help taking them away from such activities and restore their dignities back in their respective communities.
Amogelang College will provide Skills training and career development, employment, entrepreneurship skills and carved them into future leaders in the South African communities where they belong.
The project will train and develop over 200 special needs children and youth to become economically independent, employed and viable in their community.
