An Empowerment program designed for young woman ranging from 16 -young adult. Aligned with Art Studio's Standards, artistic expression, a teen approach to Yoga and meditation, (cultivation of mindfulness in daily life), empowerment and leadership skills, fun approaches to wellness and SoulMovement, community,trust building and play embody this program. *serves as a precursor to participate in a Yoga teaching certification for those showing interest and commitment and follow through.
Tools like mindfulness meditation, yoga, movement, art, have proven results in focus, happiness, clear decision making, personal and collective awareness skills, discipline, self-esteem, and connection, among many other known benefits, yet this education is costly not often available for At-Risk youth as life skills for empowerment. We provide Creative, Holistic, Art Integrated education to At-Risk youth. C.H.A.I. and SoulMovement Yoga is a positive way to to address the issues of dis empowerment, stress, lack of focus, embedded unworthiness many young woman battle, while giving tools that are proven to lead to embodying the ability for compassion, gratitude, purpose and grace, which are pillars for leading a healthy, happy , confident and empowered life on purpose.
The students participating in these programs will see the benefits of acquiring new information and skills of transformation . The end result instills in each student a sense of accomplishment, professional development, and a certification of competition in the C.H.A.I & SoulMovement Yoga Champion's of Peace Project, which shows commitment and follow though that will enhance their personal portfolio ( 30 hours ) and/or a C.H.A.I & SoulMovement Yoga Teacher Training Certification.
