Sep 10, 2013

500 students to receive lamps this month!

Dear Kind Supporter,

We are pleased to let you know that with your support, 500 poor, meritorious students in the Sundarbans will receive solar lamps on 16 and 17 September 2013! They will receive the lamps at ceremonies which will be organized at the campus of ASED's partner organization in the Sundarbans, Baikunthapur Tarun Sangha.

In addition, 4 school hostels will receive solar strip lights benefitting close to 200 students who live and study in these hostels.

All the 500 students who receive the solar lamps will be inducted into ASED's youth nature leadership program, the Green Rhinos Program.

Watch out for our next report!

In gratitude,
