2024 Achievements:

1. Cohort Program:

   • Successfully launched and executed the She-EO Cohort Program, which provided younger women with mentorship from experienced members.

3. Corporate Partnerships:

   • Partnered with Access Bank, Banwo & Ighodalo, Norrenberger, and First Bank to support our programs and initiatives.

2025 Goals:

1. Empowering Women in Key Sectors:

   • Launching an enhanced Cohort Program focusing on Food Security, Agriculture, and Alternative Energy.
   • Supporting 100 women leaders, entrepreneurs, and early-stage business owners in these critical industries.

2. Innovative Mentorship Model:

   • Implementing a “Board of Directors” mentorship structure to provide strategic guidance and accountability.
   • Offering tailored business planning sessions, skill-building workshops, and strategic resources.

3. Seed Funding Initiative:

   • Introducing seed funding for qualified businesses to help mentees scale innovative solutions and expand their impact.

4. Sustainable Development:

   • Addressing Africa’s food security and energy challenges by empowering women leaders to drive solutions that benefit their communities and the environment.

We are excited to resume project activities on January 6th and to further the reach of She-EO’s initiatives. With a renewed focus on sustainability, economic resilience, and women’s leadership, we aim to create a ripple effect of positive change across Africa.

1. Sis-Star Mentorship Session:

August marks the sixth month of our ongoing Sis-Star/Peer Mentorship Session, a journey that has been nothing short of transformative. Over the past half-year, we have witnessed incredible growth among our club members, who have not only learned from each other but have also built a strong, supportive community.

The bonds formed have been a source of strength, with members stepping up for one another, sharing knowledge, offering emotional support, and celebrating each other's successes. Our Sis-Star program is more than just mentorship; it’s a movement of women lifting each other up, facing challenges together, and forging paths to personal and professional growth.

The camaraderie and solidarity among our members have become the foundation of their journey, fostering a deep sense of belonging and purpose. To further nurture this growth, we have scheduled additional peer meetings throughout the rest of the year, aiming to continue this momentum and ensure that every member feels supported and empowered to reach her full potential.

Our Champion mentors have been instrumental in guiding the participants through key areas such as finance, women’s health, investing, leadership, and personal development. We thoughtfully assigned groups of women to mentors based on their interests, ensuring that each mentee received tailored guidance and support.

The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, with many members expressing how these mentorship relationships have transformed their perspectives and encouraged them to pursue their dreams with renewed vigor.


2. Cohort Membership/Mentorship Program:

In June, we were thrilled to announce our Cohort Mentorship program, targeting women aged 30 and below who are eager to be mentored by our seasoned club mentors, women with some level of education but their dreams remain out of reach, women without access to crucial support, mentorship, and skill-building workshops.

This dynamic program is designed to empower the next generation of leaders, providing them with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to thrive in their chosen fields. The Cohort Membership Program was built on the belief that every woman, regardless of where she is on her journey, has the potential to grow and achieve greatness. Over the past 8 weeks, we have onboarded these young women, matched them with mentors, and already begun to witness remarkable progress.

The dedication and hard work of the cohort members are inspiring, and we are eagerly looking forward to their graduation on September 29th. Through this program, we aim to create a ripple effect of empowerment, where each cohort member not only succeeds in her own right but also inspires others to pursue their aspirations.

The early results are promising, and we are committed to supporting these women as they continue to grow and make a difference in their communities.
