This project is for the persons with Autism along with other intellectual impairments who crosses 18 years of age. We shall organise six camps per year with maximum 5 to 6 beneficiaries with intellectual impairment including autism. They will stay without their parents in a separate location at a stretch of 2 night and 3 days. They will do their own job, cook themselves, clean themselves, wash their clothes, and also do some activities as planned. We shall make group of girls and boys separately
Autism always prevailed in India, though now it is rising alarmingly. Autism is not caused due to any sin or result of God's wrath, but autism is caused due to wiring faults in cerebral neuron. Cause of autism is known and new research and therapies are coming up in India. Numerous well known neurologists are involved in research in India and worldwide. We shall make group of girls and boys separately and they will stay with their mentors approximately 2 is to 1 ratio. This is a program for 3 years. After completion of this program the beneficiaries will learn how to live independently, how to mix with pair and how to overcome difficulties of life.
1.Open a residential home for beneficiaries coming from distant places. 2.Open new avenues for the new type of vocational training programs to make the PwD self-sufficient. 3.Open branches of Kalyani Life Institute in other states of India and also in other districts of West Bengal. 4.Increase number of beneficiaries to be ready for mainstream. 5.Reach out to the underprivileged communities for awareness and help them to help their PwD family members.
