Like a tall, strong oak tree, our school is growing. Growing Adelante Program seeks to produce vegetables, fruit, meats, eggs and goat's milk to provide healthy food for our school kitchen with the purpose of providing a diversity of food to the students and looking for a way to generate sustainability for the school. Currently Escuela Adelante has a small husbandry program with laying hens, raising ducks, and broiler chicks. We are about to establishi small vegetable gardens.
Support is needed to build an adequate infrastructure to keep the animals in good living conditions, as well as to sow certain amounts of food to guarantee adequate nutrition. In addition to this, to start the vegetable and fruit orchards, maters like tools and supplies are needed to make it easier to make the orchards productive and in this way be able to supply the school kitchen. As we lay stronger roots, help us by making a donation to make the dream come true of being able to obtain healthy food for our children and to improve our financial stability.
