Hey there!
We are back with a long-awaited project report. Big things are on the horizon for our kids! We are happy to share with you the building plan for our feature School Adoption Project, a.k.a. "Dreamers Academy".
As a refresher, Smile Liberia collaborated with the community of Edina (Grand Bassa, Liberia) to build a school for children living in poverty. A fifteen-acre land space was donated to us because of the partnership. Smile Liberia will build one of Liberia's only school, which focuses on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM), Arts and Agriculture for children living in poverty.
We are excited to report that things are moving along! Our team in Liberia recently completed a full survey of the land as well as created computerized drawings of the future building. We are hoping to begin active implementation early 2018. Thanks for your support. The project will directly benefit more than 200 children.
