The Construction of Grace Community Hospital, and resource acquisition.
A team led by a UN Volunteer has continued to spearhead fundraising for the hospital construction.
The rationale for this project is to create and sustain high quality and low-cost health services across the region in line with RCRA’s vision of: ‘Rebuilding our community through quality healthcare and education, thereby securing a more promising future.’ The facility will be designed with a clinical focus on maternal and pediatric care, alongside a capacity for urgent care with easy and equal access for all.
The team meets every Wednesday to discuss progress on the respective tasks, we are still very far from the goal and the required funds to be able to start the constrution.
The team has developed a profile to accelerate fundraising and we continue to seek for resources for the purchase of materials, medicines and buildings.
