To Save African Wildlife and Forests against human and climate change now is an emergency. Elephants and Rhinos have been targeted for their horns due to the demand in china. Let us fight poaching and cutting down trees in forests which affects the natural habitants of wild animals and birds. The project will protect 500,000 hectors of forests and some 20,000 elephants and 300 Rhinos. With timely dissemination of the SOS information we can do so much more when we work as one to save our planate
The current problems in Africa are Poaching of wild animals for their horns, deforestation and illegal fishing. Elephants and Rhinos are being depleted to to the high demand of their horns on the Chinese Market. so are African forests losing trees at an alarming rate due to new Chinese loggers that are now after local trees for export to china. This has caused massive imbalance in nature leading to climate change. Economic pressures are forcing people to go after irreplacable natural resources
This project is sensitising people on the dangers of killing wildlife, destroying forests and rivers that they depend. Their offsprings will have to rely on in future. It will prevent deforestation and give people alternative source of livelihoods to sustain themselves without hurting the environment. It will also keep children in school, provide recreational activities, empower women with organic farming skills to fight poverty in their communities and support their children in school
Wildlife will be protected leading to increase in tourists and tourism related business. Children will be able to complete their schools and find jobs, forests will be saves and climate will improved and reduce floods. Families will own gardens and grow organic food to fight poverty and hunger. Children will have recreational activities and keep away from poaching and illegal fishing. Communities will adopt preventive practices that will lead to abolishment of destructive habits in communities
