We Be Planting Soon!

LRFF's young Maleku friend, son of shaman Majima

Hoping to have great news on this project real soon. My time was up to write a progress report and so will have to let you all know the news in a few weeks. Bottom line, there is a transportation company (we will announce the name later) that is planning to finish the funding for the Rio Sol, Across the River project and two other projects to offset their 2013 GHG emissions. They want to “give back” and have asked their clients to pay an extra fee for each ride, raising awareness about the importance of giving back to our Earth.

Want to say a BIG up to all of the generous employees at Hewlett Packard for all the donations to LRFF’s projects on Global Giving. You are making a change by being the change. Thank you so much.

We are hoping to start the nursery next month for Rio Sol, Across the River. We will send out photos and the story next time. Thank you all for your support of this project and remember LRFF still has many other projects available for funding on Global Giving, so come on everybody…
