Challenge

During Summer women have to travel long distance to fetch water for household consumption. It takes lot of time and more pressure on her. If there is a caste related issues then the women belong low caste has to wait long hours till the high caste women finish their quota. Prevalence of water borne diseases has more impact in terms of workload as well as financial constraints on women

Water and Sanitation Committee formation in 125 villages, capacity Building to the committees, Awareness Generation on safe water use, Linkage with govt., Networking with other NGOs, Quarterly Publication of Journals, Monitoring

Long-Term Impact

The Project will help grooming up 125 village water and sanitation committees. It will link to govt & empower through capacity building exercises & reduce the gender gap. Water borne disease will be reduced.
