To ensure the promotion of the gender and rebuild his resilience the creation of the recess center for the rehabilitation of raped girls will contribute to raise his consideration and to increase its level of knowledge to allow him to boost some great opportunities and to reach the space of making decision in his community. Some training will integrate good diffusion and sensitizing of climate change and the appropriation of this phenomenon by the gender in order to contribute their resilience
Women doesn't have the same chances as the men to reach the financial resources and the credit because of the guarantees generally required. The high costs of the transactions, the rules of refunding and the practice of corruption discourage these women. Woman remains still under represented in the institutions and management decision in his community. To meet this need and to give girls the chance for a prospect for a better future and consideration within its community is possible
The beneficiaries of this project are the raped girls who live in South Kivu who have completed their secondary education can no longer get to work because the requirement is to have computer skills. But also they will benefit from a training in sewing cut that will allow them to become autonomous before finding a decent job
This project will contribute to improve the educative system of 98 young girl in computer skills in goal to facilitate them to boost opportunity of employment. They will benefit from additional training in women's leadership, in the fighting against climate change and will learn the sewing cut that will empower them before a new job because at the end of the project they will receive sewing machines to begin their fashion house.
