Challenge

In and surrounding village of Idappadi .They are more member of children force fully engaged in textiles, mines, workshop. They are paid very low income and given more harassment in working area. Their parents are poor and ignorant and earn low income.60% of child labour are drop out. Their parents are getting advance from the owner of industries it means children are bonded. Their health conditions are affected due to malnutrition.

Solution

Enrolling 100 child labour in the regular school conducted for 1 year. In that period providing vocational training, mental caliber technique, yoga and meditation, educational tour and drop out children will be enrolled in the formal school.

Long-Term Impact

The child labour will get minimum educational qualification and know about basic literacy and Nemours. Their health condition will be improved. The child labour status will be fallen out in the area. They have skills, knowledge for self employment.
