Sankhuwasabha Education Scholarship Foundation (SESF) would like to partner with the people and the organization round the world to provide extracurricular skill based training like building plastic chairs, tables, weaving, house wiring and other skills to 15 deaf and mute kids studying at the special school called Mahendra Higher Secondary School in Nepal in Nepal so that the 20 kids will go home with reading and writing knowledge as well as as well as skills for their livelihood.
The 15 deaf and mute kids studying at a special school called Mahendra Higher Secondary School Manebhangyang in eastern Nepal have been very happy to go to school and to learn to read and write. They are very much excited to communicate with other people by writing in the paper. But it is a pity that after completing grade five, there is no school to teach them. So they have to leave the school and go home without any skills to earn and to be self-dependent in their future life.
This project will manage extra skills based training for those 15 deaf and mute kids studying at the school. They kids will learn not only to read and write but by the help of this project they will also have an opportunity learn skills like weaving, house wiring, carpentry as well as other skills so that they can produce goods by using local locally available material and sell in the market and earn money for maintain life.
By learning skills as per their choice and interests the deaf and mute kids will be able to produce handicraft goods by using local materials like banboo,wood and sell in the market. In this way they will start earning money and will be self-dependent in their future life
