GlobeMed at Northwestern is back in session again for the school year. This past Monday was our first meeting with all of new members! We are so excited to get started with the year as as our new members are enthusiastic, hard-working, and passionate.
Our first campaign of the year is coming up soon: Our first annual Holiday Sweater Drive is happening in November. We will be collecting sweaters from various thrift stores and selling it to students for low prices. We're really excited for this drive!
The GROW team came back from their trip in Mid-September and had an absolutely amazing experience. They met everyone at Adonai and raved about how amazing the organization is and the efforts Adonai Family Centre is making to create change in their community. They were able to implement a water tank system and conduct community health needs assesment for continuing projects in the future. We have been extremely excited for this partnership and now the trip has only confirmed that this will be a mutually beneficial relationship. Thank you for staying with us and continuing your support for us!
