Most of the IDP’s from the camps are now free to move to their own homes in their own villages. However no support is provided by the Government to restart their lives. SCOT is working with local registered organisations to provide relief and rehabilitation. We have identified 45 local agencies working in the North and East of Sri Lanka. Rehabilitation Projects are submitted by these agencies and funding is allocated on a priority basis.
