On a personal level, the training course has benefited me in many aspects. It taught me how to construct an efficient CV and cover letter. Moreover, it helped me develop a certain idea about people, as each and every person is different, with different personalities and characteristics. Therefore, different approaches need to be undertaken to treat people, whether they are customers or employees. Furthermore, it emphasized on the importance of time management, since people can be more productive and efficient through organizing their time. Finally, it helped me understand the importance of researching, preparing, and communicating to prevent potential crises within a company, and the steps that need to be undertaken to deal with such problems." Alexandra
