The project is of paramount importance because it will enable the Network to address the needs of its members, namely improving coordination, facilitation, better advocacy, and networking agenda. Also through the capacity building program and information dissemination the beneficiary will benefit more on the various services and this will lead to more people having access to universal healthcare services.
The problem is that we need to improve coordination and facilitation of Civil Society groupings and their contribution towards efforts linking our CSOs role in work related to HIV /AIDS and other related diseases. It is an integrated program that is broken into components so that potential supporters can identify the areas that most suit their interest.
The project aims to improve coordination and facilitation which will enhance better understanding and communication. Once the data base is finalized it will lead better linkage between groups and partners and enhance better working between stake holders from the Govt , National level and Regional level up to constituencies. Also through capacity building it will culminate into better performance by all.
The long term impact will be performance by most stake holders as well better participation and input. CSOs through capacity building program will be able to do better advocacy and networking programming in various focus and this also improve serve delivery and various stake holders move into co operation based on mutual needs and understanding as well guided by synergy combarrative advantages.
