Field demos will be there to provide them the production of organic farm inputs & pesticides. Seeds and seedlings of tomatoes, onions will be given to 20 women farmers to raise along with containers to produce organic farm inputs, pesticides,, raw materials.

Long-Term Impact

To start with 10 acres of lands will become organic and over the years, 30-35 acres of lands will become organic. 20 women farmers will be given know how, skills, in organic farming methods and supports to have their cultivation around the year. 60-70 tenant farmers will have regular work, income from their leased lands, that is an individual woman farmer will get INR 9000 per month that is US$ 150 per month that release them from their marginalized situation that is the problem & challenge.
