Organic Agriculture has the positive impact from micro to macro level without any geographical boarder. We are working with farmer, mid level technicians, policy makers and private sectors here in Nepal as well as other players from other countries who help for the marketing of products as well as popularizing the approaches and ideas coming out from the project. This initiative will help to minimize the impact of climate change/ adaptation and socio-economic development of rural farmer in Nepal
There are several level of challenges we are facing. Some of these are weather pattern, climate change which are natural, Food insecurity and nutrition problem. Socially in absence of good income generation and employment potential, people are seasonally migrating from village to city of abroad in search of job. This is serious challenge which will have huge impact. Day by day resource is depleting and use of chemical will further damage the resource base where organic is alternative for this.
There are certain steps for projects to solve the problems which are; Awareness, Education, Technology development, validating the technologies which work in their area. This will encourage for marketable size of production. Internal Control System will bring the people together for production, management of project as well as Internal Inspection System ensure for quality and External Certification open the door for market. This initiative will help to stop the different form of migration.
