As you may have seen, the NBA Math Hoops season is now in full swing! Learn Fresh staff wrapped up the 2019-20 NBA Math Hoops training season in October, hosting over 65 educator training sessions across the country, from Camden, NJ to San Francisco, CA. This year the Learn Fresh team hosted a record number of educators, growing our NBA Math Hoops community across the US.
Since the launch of our community-based work in 2013, Learn Fresh has reached over 150,000 students. Our goal for the 2019-20 school year is to reach 150,000 students in a single year, surpassing a quarter million students reached all-time. This is a big goal, but we know we can do it with support from people like you in communities across the country.
