By Dave Hibbard, MD, MPH | Project Director
Three students from the University of Colorado School of Medicine who are in the Global Health Track just got back from Kisiizi Hospital Uganda, 8/1/09, where they distributed 150 insecticide treated bed nets to the staff and patients. They also did a survey of the need for more bed nets and found that each staff member had at least 2 to 3 other people in their homes who did not have bed nets and still need them. Our intention is to supply these nets as soon as possible. Thanks for your generous donations.
