Mobile health care unit is a program of health for children, women and other villagers of backward area. Through this program we will run mobile health care unit in 12 backward villages, 2 time in one month in one village. Women and children will be our focus. Through this program our health team will be giving health services to poor marginalized community of target villages. Our focus will be on ANC/PNC, IMR/MMR, Immunization, Family planning, awareness meetings and Lab investigation etc.
We are proposing 12 villages, where there are no medical facilities in these areas. There is too much poverty & unemployment in these villages. The villages are highly populated and need health services for pregnant and lactating mothers. They need awareness and medicines for proper health and longevity. These facilities will improve their economic condition & improve standard of living. These villages are also located consecutively in very remote areas. So there is need to initiate this project
This project will provide free of cost medicines and health services which is very important for poor villagers. Project will provide health services to pregnant and lactating mothers, ANC services including free diagnosis, counseling, prescription etc. This project will work for reducing IMR/MMR, team will help ANM in vaccination on health & nutrition day through motivating women, team will work as facilitator for family planning and organization of meetings with girls, women, MNREGA, VHC.
This program will improve health status of villagers and overall its impact there living standard as people are not able to get medical facilities due to the lack of income, they will get free facilities at their home. In 1st Year 17000 patients will be directly benefited and 5000 indirectly through this program.
