What is next? Your donation together with funding from a corporate sponsor allow Hope Ofiriha purchased a microscope from a firm in Kampala. Thank you our donors!  Thanks GlobalGiving for making this possible! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

But still a microscope is needed to reach our goal. Let us gear "Hands UP against Malaria attach. Images of a newly purchased microscope will be posted in the next report.

When a woman vomits she is condemned a HIV victim without testing! Thanks for your recent generous gift to save people from Dying from Malaria in south Sudan project. Your commitment to help the needy get out of poverty is really appreciated by our board of trustees and those who will benefit most – the children!

This is a life-saving cause worth your support, but due to unknown reason it has been attracting supporters at a very low rate. However, Hope Ofiriha remains optimistic our donors will give the microscopes so Omilling fights malaria which had been, and still attacking the needy. Without you giving a Hand Up, not a Hand Out, the virus will continue knapping the children, the mothers, or both. Malaria is a bad enemy in the rural part of south Sudan. What can we do together to help Omilling wins a war against our common enenmy - Malaria?

You all contributed $690-, and still a project needs only $620 to reach the budget goal. Let us gear "Hands UP out of Poverty". The funds you raised are deposited in "a restricted fund - bank account".

There is no facility to test malaria, and patients suffering from different diseases are always being treated for malaria in a village clinic, although they may be having stomach problems. When a woman vomits she is condemned a HIV victim without testing. This is dangerous, and we need your help to address this issue.

We are requesting you to continue your support to Hope Ofiriha to give the vulnerable villagers the microscopes they have been longing for years.

We wish you a Merry X-mass and a Happy new year!

Thanks for your recent generous gift to the save people from Dying from Malaria project. Your committed to help the needy to get out of poverty is really appreciated by our trustees and those will benefit most – the children!

This is a worthwhile project although it has been attracting interest at a slow rate, and the project has received $500, but we still need $ 500 to reach our final goal. We hope to buy the microscopes by January to give the village clinic.

There is no medical equipment for testing malaria at the village clinic. Teenage girls, women, and especially children under 5 are often at the clinic suffering from different diseases and, and as always they are being treated for malaria although they may be having stomach problems.

The beneficiaries are eager to see this project progressing. They are waiting for you to give them a microscope for testing malaria.

When a woman or a child vomits in Omilling they are condemned to be HIV or malaria victims without medical testing. So having no testing facilities is a serious issue and we need your help to address this.

Once HOPE OFIRIHA wishes our donors a Merry Christmas and prosperous New Year!

Thanks for your recent generous gift to Save People from Dying from Malaria.

Your commitment to help the needy to get out of poverty is appreciated by our trustees and those who will benefit most – the children!

This project is growing at the slow phase yet it is a worthwhile cause. The project has received $470, but we still need $530 to reach the goal.

No microscope is available at the village clinic. Teenage girls, women, and especially children under 5 are often at the clinic suffering from different diseases and, and always they are being treated for malaria although they may be having stomach problems. This misjudgment is due to lack of testing facilities which created more suffering to patients who need help. Recently, some patients with swollen stomachs and faces were treated for HIV-AIDs when this is not case. When a woman vomits in Omilling she is condemn HIV victim without medical testing. Having no testing facility is serious issue.

The beneficiaries are eager to see this project progressing. They are waiting for you to give them a microscope for testing malaria.

Until this project is fully funded we will be sending you quarterly field reports. You will get to know what your contribution has helped impact and what we have achieved.

Your commitment to help the needy to get out of poverty is appreciated by our directors and those who will benefit most – the children!

A boy lay sick in his been, the 11 year-old knew he would not make it the next day. He had an excruciating headache, a fever, and had become weak from vomiting.

Above his bed, damp clothes dangled from a makeshift clothesline. It was the rainy season in his rural village in Omilling. As water dripped through the holes of the dilapidated roof, small puddles of stagnant water began to appear on the rugged mud floor – a breeding ground for mosquitoes.

His mother instinctively knew what was wrong: A boy was sick with Malaria again. And again his elder sister was still recovering from a recent bout of the mosquito-borne disease.

Although Malaria is a preventable and curable disease, in Omilling families lack proper mosquito nets and access to medications. Almost half of the world’s population is at risk of malaria, reports the WHO. In Africa, a child dies every minute from the disease.

Your donation is $370 and we are not far from reaching the budget goal. The beneficiaries are eager to see this project progressing. They are waiting for you to give them a microscope for testing malaria.

Until this project is fully funded we will be sending you quarterly field reports. You will get to know what your contribution has helped impact and what we have achieved.

Thank you in advance for helping Hope Ofiriha.
