Summary

The beneficiaries are young school dropouts aged between 16 to 19 from poor families . We propose them an academic and technical training with internships in the hotel around so that they become professional in their chosen field which will help them financially and they would be able to support their families and integrate the society easily. To motivate those youngsters we offer them a lunch and school mateirals at the MFRE, as most of those youngsters' family cannot meet their basic needs .

Challenge

The youngsters cannot afford the basic need , so they prefer to work for little sum without qualification to be able to live for today .

Solution

This meal will help and motivate them to come to MFR and get the opportunity to find a decent job and ve able to become a trained professional.

Long-Term Impact

In longterm , it will help to result to have professional in the eastern region in their chosen field which will help them to participe in the cimmunity development and in other way to contribute in the family financially.
