Lifeline Ukraine struggles with insufficient funding to meet the overwhelming demand for psychological support. Recently, we have been able to process 65% of all calls. Limited resources, understaffing, and technical constraints prevent us from scaling operations to assist every person reaching out during their most vulnerable moments.
This project will allow us to hire more crisis consultants and expand working hours to respond to all requests for help.
