Development Programs (Vocational Training) 4. Job creation 5. On the job mentorship and support 6. Enterprise Development 7. Informal Settlement Conferences/Workshops (Entrepreneurship Training) 8. Job Fairs
There are currently 40 000 Candidates unemployed, they don't have access to computer centers, they don't have relevant skills, 4IR has an impact on the community. students don't have proper skills and interest because of the regular training attended by almost everyone (which leads to less job creations).
The project will change the attitude of the candidates through Life Skills and Vocational education and training is basically for improving student's skills and develop an interest regarding their choice of interest. After the research/interviews we've made, we know vocational training will equip the students with practical experience and technical skills in a specific type of field, which will make it easy for us to place (jobs) and raise future entrepreneurs.
The project will reach 1500 candidates in the community allowing them to rise out of poverty, which they will be able to provide for the families and well being. We are striving to be skills development and job creation leader in South Africa with an extensive corporate social investment, job creation and (real) enterprise development project and Accenture (Skills to Succeed). YIMS is mainly appointed by various companies/organizations to run IT Technical Support and deliver skills development
