Paper Bridges provides orphans with love and support through heartfelt letters and care packages filled with school supplies, toys, and necessities from individuals and groups around the world.
There are over 140 million orphans around the world, many of who suffer from a lack of love and emotional support. This lack of love and encouragement often leads to poor results in school and stunted social and emotional development. These orphanage schools are typically underfunded, keeping these already vulnerable students from attaining their full academic potential.
Paper Bridges provides love and emotional support to these orphans through handwritten letters and care packages. The letters will help the orphans understand that they are loved and cared for. Additionally, Paper Bridges connects caring individuals in the United States to orphanages abroad, giving them the opportunity to create an impact on a child's life.
We help make a difference in the lives of orphans by reminding them that they are loved and cared for. Our program has already sent letters and gifts to over 1000 children in 12 different countries. We hope to establish chapters in middle and high schools around the country and world to give kids the opportunity to impact other kids.
