The Children Daycare Center is a safe place for children aged 5 to 15 years. There, children can get away from the streets, rain, cold or heat, socialize, play, acquire basic skills and knowledge, have bathe and eat. The Children Daycare Center is an opportunity for them to get out of the vicious circle of violence, human trafficking and poverty - an opportunity to empower themselves and live the life they deserve.
A large number of children is living in poverty, do not have a carefree childhood and do not go to school but beg or work on the street. They are at risk of human trafficking and are deprived of the right to a free, happy and safe childhood, to play and to study. Winter is coming and in that period they most need to have a place to take shelter, warm up, eat hot food and spend quality time.
The Center for Girls started a DAY CENTER FOR CHILDREN to work on the prevention of human trafficking, because children who live/work/beg on the street and/or live in poverty are potential victims of human trafficking. Considering that every child should have the right to a normal childhood and development, our goal is for them to get support to learn basic things, to empower them to go or stay in school, to be able to eat, play and bathe.
In order for children to receive adequate support, and for the results of the fight against child trafficking to be visible, it is necessary for the work of the Day Care Center to be continuous, to have all the necessary resources, equipment and necessary capacities. We want to end intergenerational poverty and inequality of children who are discriminated against and at risk in multiple ways.
