Les Ideateurs is a 16-year-old non-profit organization. We are totally convinced that human potentials doesn't have an age nor a label. While there supposed to go through one timeline but at different time in someone's life, we work to connect the education world and the entrepreneurship world so each can share energies and experiences. We know that the new generation, the youth can create great things for the future of all of us.
Absenteeism, disengagement, school dropout are subjects that our team care about. One thing is clear: the new generation is far away from business's world and the current education system doesn't suit them anymore. They need to become leaders of their project and life so they can comprehend life's uncertainty. Our analysis made in 2019-2020 scholar year shows us that our non-profit organization action enables the new generation to change positively their thoughts about school and work's life.
Through our educational program Young Entreprise, we guide them to a concrete experience, dynamizing, which revel their potentials. In an open space, with no bounds, no prejudice by promising ourselves that everything is possible. Our purpose is not to give a fictional or naive representation of business, we make young students actors of their career choice and or their future by giving them tools and tips to start their professional life.
The program Young Entreprise, a real and meaningful project Our regional non-profit organization takes place in private and public schools, integration center (Missions Locales, E2C), and inclusion (IME, ULIS classes). Our program is in all the Ile-de-France area, and we are actively working with public and private sector of organization. It's a real experience that can be used in a curriculum vitae. We broke standards and undo the institutional representation of the Enterprise.
